Our very special Pre Natal Pilates class is an open class for all levels and for all stages of your pregnancy.
It is essential to maintain strength and control in the muscles supporting your growing abdomen to avoid the common issues of low back and neck pain common in expectant mothers. Learn the true basics of core control and strengthen your legs, arms and trunk in preparation for your new arrival.
Discover how to really use your pelvic floor to support the core and also to relax in preparation for delivery. Improve your posture, muscle tone, body awareness and self image, and have fun in the process!
Maintain and increase strength in your arms and legs in preparation for lifting, nursing and bending. Learn tricks to help with an easier birth, understand your body and promote a pain free pregnancy.
All pre natal Pilates classes will be held in our new studios in the heart of North Sydney at 161 Walker St.
Bookings are essential to guarantee your place in these limited classes!
All classes are taken by Physiotherapists, so part of the cost of each class is claimable from your private health care.
We understand that when you are pregnant, sometimes you just cannot make it to class. Our Pre Natal classes are purchased in a pack of 10 and must be used within 4 months allowing you to monitor your own program as you progress through your pregnancy.
