Gentle Yoga with Jemma Rivera – Monday 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Gentle Yoga is designed for students wanting a slower paced, less challenging class and for people new to yoga or those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, overall stiffness due to lack of activity, or other physical limitations. Gentle Yoga presents an introduction to basic yoga poses and emphasize on stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Each class end with deep relaxation and a guided visualization to help release tensions and reduce stress.
Jing Yoga with Jemma Rivera – Wednesday 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Each class is a dynamic fusion of Yoga and Qigong. Classes includes sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, hip openers and basic inversions and tai chi/qigong movements. Learn how to increase your strength, improve flexibility, balance and co-ordination. Further benefits may include weight loss, overall fitness and reduced stress that will bring a sense of wellbeing that extends into every area of your life.
Classes are just $20 and class size is limited to just 10 participants.
